No matter what musculoskeletal pain a person is experiencing, it is important to find a range motion that is entirely pain free. Whether it shows up on a movement evaluation or after some manual treatment, this is the best point to start.

When we can move without pain we can start to train. If its with bodyweight or other weights, when we can add “load”, we can start to encourage the body to adapt to the higher demands we put on it in a safe and controlled way.

After we can train the musculoskeletal system pain free and with load, we can add complexity, variety of movement and intensity. No body wants to to have to think about their movement on a minute by minute bases and rate it for perfection.

Summit Active Care believes wellness as an investment into your future by improving both lifespan and health span. To help some of the financial burden, we offer this set pricing if payment is received at the time of service.

Clinical Visit

Clinical office visit with the Doctor that can include examinations, movement evaluation, chiropractic adjustment, soft tissue work, corrective exercise, or other services discussed in the treatment plan according to patient specific needs/goals. Visits are billed in 30min increments.
